Mr. Ito joined Everglory Group in 2018.

Prior to joining, he served as CFO and Chief investor relations officer of Croesus Retail Trust (“CRT”), a retail trust listed on the main board of the Singapore Stock Exchange. He was responsible for finance and accounting functions, as well as investor and media relations.

In the 4 years since CRT was listed, it had grown from 52 billion Yen to 112 billion Yen, a 215% increase, with investor’s internal rate of return close to 15%. Mr. Ito has had 21 years of experience in finance, accounting and corporate auditing. From 1997 to 2005, Mr. Ito worked at KPMG’s Tokyo and New York offices. He has deep accounting and auditing experience in the financial industry, as well as financial and corporate advisory knowledge across a variety of industries.

Mr. Ito graduated from the University of Tokyo in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He is a Certified Public Accountant of the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
